MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:
1. Maak de bodemvloer in de bagageruimte vrij.
2. Boor de deukjes A,B,C en D ø11mm door.
3. Vergroot de gaten A, B,C en D in de bagageruimte tot ø18 mm.
4. Plaats links de afstandsbussen A,B,C en D in de zojuist opgeboorde
gaten in de bagageruimte.
5. Plaats links de contra E inclusief de bouten A,B,C en D.
6 Plaats de trekhaak inclusief sluitringen, veerringen en moeren A,B,C
en D aan de linker zijde.
7 Plaats rechts de slotbouten A,B,C en D via de onderzijde van het chas-
sis.
8. Plaats rechts de afstandsbussen A,B,C en D in de zojuist opgeboorde
gaten in de bagageruimte.
9. Plaats rechts de contra F inclusief veerringen en moeren A,B,C en D.
10. Monteer het geheel los-vast.
11. Plaats de vulstrip G t.p.v. het sleep oog (zie schets).
12.Monteer de twee - vier - gats flenskogel.
13.Draai alle bouten en moeren overeenkomstig tabel vast.
Raadpleeg voor montage en bevestigingsmiddelen de schets.
BELANGRIJK:
* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwe-
zig is, dient deze verwijderd te worden.
* Vergeet de veer- en sluitringen niet.
* Kwaliteit bouten 8.8 ; moeren 8, of indien anders vermeld in montage-
handleiding 10.9 / 10.
* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Het is aan te bevelen om na ca. 1000 km (gebruik) de boutverbindingen
volgens tabel na te trekken of te controleren.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat rem- en brandstof-
leidingen niet worden geraakt.
* Verwijder "indien aanwezig" de plastik dopjes uit de puntlasmoeren.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Clear the boot and floor.
2. Drill through the dents A,B,C and D ø11 mm.
3. Enlarge holes A, B,C and D from the boot to ø18 mm.
4. On the left, position the spacer tubes A,B,C and D in the holes you
have just drilled in the boot.
5. On the left, position backplate E including bolts A, B, C and D.
6 Position the tow bar including flat washers, spring washers and nuts
A,B,C and D on the left-hand side.
7 Place carriage bolts A,B,C and D on the right via the underside of the
chassis.
8. On the right, position the spacer tubes A,B,C and D in the holes you
have just drilled in the boot.
9. On the right, position backplate F including spring washers and nuts A,
B, C and D.
10. Fit the ball-hitch and the socket plate.
11. Position the spacer strip G, where the towing eye is (see drawing).
12. Fit the two/ four-hole flange ball.
13, Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the table.
For fitting instructions and attachment method, see drawing.
NOTE:
* The dealer should be consulted for possible necessary adjustment(s)
"of the vehicle".
* Remove the insulating material from the contact area of the fitting
points.
* All bolts are quality 8.8 - nuts 8. or when mentioned in fitting instructions
10.9 / 10.
* Don't forget the spring- and plain washers.
* Consult your dealer for the maximum tolerated pull weight and ball
