NORMAL OPERATION / FLAME SENSOR TIMING

The control box has a further function by means of which it is possible to check the correct running of the burner (signal: GREEN LED permanently lit up).
In order to use this function, it is necessary to wait at least ten seconds from the firing up of the burner and press the button of the control box for a mini-
mum of three seconds.
Once the button has been released, the GREEN LED will start to flash, as illustrated in the diagram below.

The pulses of the LED constitute a signal spaced by approximately 3 seconds.
The number of pulses will identify the SENSOR TIMING o f the probe from opening of the gas valve, according to the table below.

Each time the burner is started up, this information is up-dated
Once the reading has been taken, by pressing the button on the
control box briefly, the burner repeats the start cycle.
WARNING
If a timing of > 2 seconds occurs, delayed start-up is present.
Check the adjustment of the hydraulic brake of the gas valve,
the air damper and the combustion head adjustment.
