All house exits (windows doors etc) where the dehumidifier is operating, should be shut.

Room temperature is below the advised operational range.
l
There is a kerosene heater or something giving off water vapor in the room.
l
The room that the device is placed is bigger than suggested.
l
The humidity level is too high.
l
The unit makes a loud noise when operating
The air filter is clogged.
l
The device is tilted instead of being in an upright position.
l
The floor surface is not flat.
l
Frost build up on coils
This is normal. This unit is supplied with an Auto defrost feature.
l
Drain hose water leakage
Check the correct installation of the drain hose.
l
Check for any blockage or damage of the drain hose.
l
Understanding Error and Protection codes
Error Codes:
AS- Humidity sensor error-- Power off unit and temporarily unplug allowing device to reset.
If error persists, call for service.
ES- Temperature sensor error-- Power off unit and temporarily unplug allowing device to
reset. If error persists, call for service.
E3 - Unit malfunction-- Power off unit and temporarily unplug allowing device to reset. If
error persists, call for service.
EC- Refrigerant leakage detection— Unit auto detects refrigerant leakage, if this occurs
the EC code will appear. Power off unit and temporarily unplug allowing device to reset. If
error persists, call for service.
Protection Code:
P1 - Unit is defrosting-- Allow the unit time to automatically defrost. The protection will clear
after the unit self defrosts.
P2 - The water tank is full or is not in the right position. Empty the water tank and replace
it in the right position.
In the event of any of the above-mentioned malfunctions, turn
off the unit, and check for any obstructions. Restart the unit, if
the malfunction persists, turn off the unit and unplug. Contact
the manufacturer or a qualified technician for service.
