CAUTION
Never try to change electrical connections yourself. An error can be fatal!
Never allow the extraction point to make contact with any part of the body. The strong negative pressure can damage blood
vessels in the skin.
Pneumatic system
Never pull the machine by the compressed air line. The compressed air line must be properly sized and fitted with approved
connectors. Inspect the compressed air line regularly. The machine must not be used if the compressed air line or connector is
damaged.
The elbow on the outlet protects against damage that may be caused by the powerful jets of air. The machine may not be
connected to the pneumatic system if the elbow is not in place.
Important safety precaution
When cleaning and servicing, the compressed air supply must be disconnected.
Care and maintenance
Keep the machine clean and free from dust deposits. Ensure that the suction hose and all seals are intact and undamaged. Keep
the carrying handles dry and free from oil and grease.
Inspection
Regularly check the device for damage and wear. Any damage must be rectified by a Dustcontrol authorized service center.

Functional description

DC 5900TR has a very robust design and high suction capacity. But since it is compact and lightweight, it is easy to use.
It is ideal for spot extraction on most types of hand-held machining tools and is also suitable for industrial dust extraction.
The dust extractor uses negative pressure (suction) to force the air through a suction cover/nozzle, hose system, pre-separator
and dust separator. Coarse separation is carried out in the machine's cyclone, providing very effective separation of any coarse
dust. Fine dust is separated in the units filter. Reverse-pulse filter cleaning ensures extended filter life. The machine is fitted with a
HEPA filter.
The separated material is collected in a container under the cyclone.
The suction is created in an ejector, which means:
– maintenance-free suction source.
– light weight.
– no electrical installation with risk of explosion, etc.
– high operational reliability.
