The remote control unit is supplied for use right out
of the box (battery inserted).
S A FE TY FU N C TI O N S
 Short circuit protection: If a short circuit occurs on
the connector or heating element, the integrated
electronic circuit switches off the PowerSock
battery pack. After removal of the short circuit
and brief insertion into the charging shaft, the
PowerSock battery pack is ready for use again.
 Protection against overcharging and exhaustive
discharge: The PowerSock battery pack is
protected against overcharging and exhaustive
discharge by the integral electronic circuit during
use.

 Wear the heatable sock.
 Push the PowerSock battery packs onto the snap
fasteners until they audibly lock into place (Fig.
6.1).
 The PowerSock battery packs can be controlled
with the + / - signs (Fig. 6.3) or for the rc battery
pack additionally via universal remote.

 Do not allow the highest heat level to be switched
on for more than a few minutes at a time. This
could produce too much heat during operation,
which may cause burns.
 Always set PowerSock battery packs to low or
moderate heat levels to maintain comfortable foot
