Tightening torque max = 7N
This mode is accessible only if the heating isn't activated (green but- ton switched off).
1. Press the button (10), the pump stops and the LED (9) switches on.
2. Place the lance on its supports and put the cable on the ground (to prevent loss of cooling liquid).
3. Unscrew the accessory with the size 27-mm spanner (supplied with the product).
4. Change and screw the new inductor back on.
5. Press the button again (10).
The pump activates. For 5 seconds, the LEDs display a wait pattern.
If the flow is correct, the machine emits a double «BEEP» and the pro- duct is ready to operate.
Otherwise a fault is displayed (refer to the fault code table on the pre- vious page).
«PURGE» MODE
1. To replace the cooling liquid, perform the same action than when changing the accessory until the step «
unswcrew the accessory » (n°3).
2. Push the heat authorisation button (2) for 3 seconds until it switches on.
3. Place the lance on top of a recipient of at least 10 liter capacity (e.g. bucket).
4. Press the lance button (11).
The pump starts and will stop once the flow becomes inferior to 1 l/minute or after 2 minutes. The display
indicates the flow in deciliters.
5. To stop the pump, press any button.
6. Refill the tank with new cooling liquid (Cooling liquid : CORAGARD CS 330 7 l).
7. Screw the inductor back on.
8. Press the button (10).
The cooling circuit is performing a purge cycle.
If the flow is correct, the machine emits a double «BEEP» and the product is ready to operate. Otherwise a
fault is displayed (refer to the fault code table on the previous page).
