WARNING
Do NOT charge the activity sensor if the two charger contacts on the rear of the
device are wet. If necessary, carefully dab the two charger contacts dry with a cloth.
If a battery leaks, put on protective gloves and dispose of the device.

6. Putting on the activity sensor

Wear the activity sensor on your left wrist if you are right-handed, or on your right
wrist if you are left-handed.
1. Wear the activity sensor approx. 3–8 cm above the wrist.
2. Ensure that the light sensor on the rear has sufficient skin contact.
If you often have cold or poorly circulated hands, we recommend you
complete warm-up exercises before the heart rate measurement in order
to obtain a more precise measurement.
