the white wine compartment.
Temperature
range +/- 2 °C
Temperature
range +/- 3 °C
Example
The setting range for the red wine com-
partment is 1-18°C. The gradient +/-2 °C
means that if you set the temperature to
15°C, the temperature range will be
15°C + 2°C = 17°C at the top of the zone
and 15°C - 2°C = 1°C at the bottom.
The setting range for the white wine com-
partment is 6-10°C. The gradient +/- °C
means that if you set the temperature to
6°C, the temperature range will be
6°C + °C = 9°C at the top of the zone and
6°C - °C = °C at the bottom.

STORING THE WINE
Wine bottles should ideally be stored horizontally
which will keep the wine inside the bottle in con-
tact with the cork keeping it moist, while prevent-
ing oxidation as well as the evaporation.
Keeping the labels upward makes it easier to see
the sediment formed on the opposite side of the
bottle when you open it.
USING THE SLATE SySTEM
Enclosed you will find a number of reusable mag-
netic strips. These can be attached to the front of
the shelves. Use the pen from the parts bag, a white
chalk or similar to enter suitable information about
your wines. You can write and rub out names as
often as you like.
