Unauthorised installation, maintenance and repairs can cause
considerable danger for the user. Installation, maintenance and
repairs must only be carried out by a Miele authorised technician.

There must be no connection to the electricity supply during
installation and repair work.

Operation in outdoor areas is not permitted.

The lamps and the transformer may only be used in the
combination in which they are supplied.

The total load must not exceed the nominal load of the
transformer.
If the total load exceeds the nominal load the LEDs will shine with
reduced brightness.
In the event of a short circuit or overheating, the transformer will
switch itself off. It will switch itself back on again after the cause of
the short circuit has been resolved and/or the transformer has
cooled down.

The transformer must not be operated with a phasing or partial
dimmer switch.

The building-in distances quoted must be maintained.

The light of the light-emitting diodes can damage the human eye.
The lamp must not be opened. In the event of a fault, replace the
entire lamp.

Miele can only guarantee the safety of the appliance when
genuine original Miele replacement parts are used. Faulty
components must only be replaced by Miele spare parts.
