Step Two: Locate Light Cable and feed through grommet to lower cart area. Lower the grill head into cart from the
top and reinstall the screws, serrated washer, and washer to affix the grill head to the cart.
Step Three: Open the side access panel by removing the 4 screws. Tighten the connection of the Flex Hose to the
Manifold Assembly located at the rear of the Grill Head. Close the access panel and re-install screws.
1. Using a screw driver, install the grill head by bolting it to the cart using 4 M6 screws and 4 M6 serrated gaskets.
NOTE: Three M6 screws needed to secure right
side shelf if a side burner is added (see page 7).
