Operating Instructions
The THEIS TCL 8000 is a fully automatic, motor-driven self-
levelling cross line laser. The laser emits up to 4 vertical and
4 horizontal laser lines with very good visibility. The vertical
lines have an angle of 90° to one another.
Starting from the cross-point of the laser lines, a laser point is
projected additionally onto the ground thus facilitating the setup
of the device significantly.
Both, the laser glasses supplied and the target plate improve
the visibility of the laser lines.
The detector TEK (option) is used when working at larger
distances or if the ambient brightness is too intense.
All instruments are carefully inspected prior to delivery.
To ensure that your device is always ready for use, you should
observe the following information:
1. Never store the device in the case when it is wet.
2. Check the accuracy each time before using the laser,
since we cannot assume any liability for adjustment errors.
3. Observe the information on handling the battery.
4. Treat the laser beam window of the TCL 8000 and sensor
window of the optional detector with care.
