PrEParation of icE crEam

1.
Prepare the ingredients for the ice
cream as described in the recipe.
If the ice cream mass needs to
be cooked before you can use it
further, please do so the previous
day to allow it to cool thoroughly.
2.
Cool the prepared ice cream
mass or the required ingredients
down to refrigerator temperature
(approx. 6-8 °C).
3.
Purée fruit directly before prepa-
ration, and add fruit chunks only
towards the end of the prepara-
tion process.
4.
Add alcohol only carefully and in
small amounts towards the end of
the freezing time because alcohol
lengthens the freezing time.
5.
Place the removable ice cream
bowl
into
indentation in the compressor
casing (4).
6.
Place the blender (2) exactly onto
the spindle protruding from the
bottom of the ice cream bowl (3).
7.
Pour the cooled ingredients into
the removable ice cream bowl.
It is important not to exceed the
maximum filling capacity. Do not
fill the ice cream bowl comple-
tely (only up to 3/4 of the max.
capacity) because the ice cream
will expand during the freezing
process.
8.
Place the lid on the ice cream
bowl.
9.
Plug in the appliance and switch
it on using the ON/OFF switch.

play. The appliance is ready for
operation.
10. If necessary, adjust the timing
in 10 minute steps (10, 20, 30,
40,50 or 60 minutes) by repea-
tedly pressing the time selection
button.
11. Press the START/STOP button.
The app-liance will start stirring
the ingredients. The green control
lamp "Stir" lights up.
12. Cooling will automatically begin
approximately 2 minutes later
and the red control lamp "Cool"
will light up.
13. The display switches between the
remaining time and the current
temperature in the appliance.
14. During operation, you can sus-
pend the stirring process at any
time by pressing the START/STOP
button. Stirring can be resumed
by pressing the START/STOP but-
ton again.
15. During operation, you can extend
the operating time by pressing
the time selection button. The
operating time can be extended
in 5-minute steps, up to a maxi-
mum of 60 minutes.
16. At the end of the time set, the
appliance switches off automati-
cally and an acoustic signal beeps
10 times. "0:00" is shown on the
display.
17. If the ice cream is not removed
within 10 minutes of the sound-
ing of the completion signal, the
cooling function will automati-
