WARRANTY
All bio-CirCle
®
Parts Cleaning Systems and accessories are inspected
and tested prior to shipment and are warranted to be free from any defect
in material and faulty workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months
from date of original purchase. Should any malfunction occur please call
Walter. (See page 19 for contact information).
Walter will repair or replace all defective equipment returned during the
warranty period without charge, provided the equipment has been used
under normal conditions and in accordance with the operating limitations
and maintenance procedures outlined in this instruction manual and when
not having been subject to accident, alteration, misuse or abuse.
Should a component upon examination reveal that the malfunction was
caused by defective material or faulty workmanship, Walter will repair or
at our option, replace the component at no charge, provided the unit has
been used under normal conditions and in accordance with the instructions
and maintenance procedures outlined in this instruction manual. This
warranty does not apply when; (a) normal maintenance required and has
not been performed; (b) repairs or replacements have been made or
have been attempted by anyone other than Walter authorized service
personnel; (c) any damage caused by accident, modification, alteration,
abuse or misuse; (d) use of any solution or fluid other than Bio-Circle
recommended solution; (e) continued use after partial failure. No other
warranty, written or verbal is authorized.
In no event shall Walter be liable for any indirect, incidental or
consequential damages from the sale of the product. This disclaimer
applies both during and after the term of this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific rights. The provisions contained in this
warranty are not intended to limit, modify, take away from, disclaim or
exclude any warranties set forth in any provincial or state legislation. To
the extent required by law, the provisions in any provincial, state or federal
legislation with respect to warranties take precedence over the provisions in
this warranty.
