Recommended Preventive Maintenance

Lift sink (G); the sink holder bracket (N) will hold it in the open position. Do
not open the sink while heavy objects are placed inside as this may cause
damage to the unit and/or may cause injury to individuals near the parts
washing system.
1.
If unit is to be idle during weekends or for several days, it should be
appropriately topped up and the machine must remain ON.
2.
If the unit is to be idle for more than one week, it is recommended to
unplug the unit. Before doing so, lift the sink (G) and skim off or absorb
any accumulation of oil from the surface of the liquid. the unit should
not remain turned off for more than 4 weeks.
3.
The filter bag (J) should be inspected periodically. If filter bag doesn't
drain, replace it. See the section "ACCESSORIES" for a listing of
available filter cartridges and bags.
4.
Ensure that the float moves freely.
5.
The pH of the cleaning solution should always be between 6 and 9.
If the pH of the solution is outside this range, please contact the
bio-CirCle
6.
Inspect the electrical cord and plug regularly. Replace any damaged
parts immediately.
7.
If a high concentration of non-digestible contaminants remains in
suspension inside the liquid an optional filter cartridge (D) (sold
separately) is available to further extend the life of the solution, see the
"ACCESSORIES section (pages 16-17). The filter cartridge will remove
non-digestible contaminants while the pump is on and the fluid is
circulating.
