Annual Maintenance

Walter recommends that your ComPaCt-s 350 be inspected and cleaned
regularly to perform optimally. We strongly recommend to use the CARE
Service program to extend your warranty and maintain your Parts Cleaning
System working at its best.
Depending on the application, non-digestible matter can accumulate as
sludge at the bottom of the tank over time, which can negatively affect the
bioremediation activity.
CARE Service will perform regular (quarterly) preventive maintenance on
your bio-CirCle
®
technical support line. See page 20 for contact information.

Waste Disposal

refer to the material safety data sheet for bio-Circle aero™,
bio-Circle l™ and bio-Circle ultra™ solutions, MSDS No.: L-78E, L-148E
and L-161E.
Used bio-Circle aero™, bio-Circle l™ and bio-Circle ultra™ can usually
be added to your other oil-water waste (such as water soluble cutting
fluids) for disposal. always dispose of residual waste in compliance
with federal, Provincial, state and local environmental regulations.
Check with local authorities for any special regulatory considerations.

Troubleshooting Guide

sinK fills uP
The sink will fill up if the mesh basket and/or magnet (F) are dirty or
clogged. Remove mesh basket and clean all parts. Ensure the drain
damper moves freely.
WeaK or no liQuid floW from noZZle or floW-through
brush
1. The rubber hose may be pinched along its length. Ensure the hose is
not kinked or squeezed.
2. The optional filter cartridge (D) may be dirty or clogged, remove
filter cartridge and replace with a new filter cartridge (see the
"ACCESSORIES" section for a listing of available filter cartridges).
Dispose used filter cartridge in accordance with Federal and Provincial,
State and local environmental regulations.
