ChAPter 10. TROUBLESHOOTING
MALFUNCTIONS
If you cannot fix a malfunction yourself, contact the after sales service team.
Malfunction
No 230 V current after
plugging into mains power
The leisure battery is not
charging from the 230V
supply
12V supply not working
No voltage in leisure battery
Control panel, B1/B2 units
Possible cause
Circuit breaker tripped at the parking site
Check the electric reel indicator light (option)
The living area circuit breaker has tripped
Faulty charger fuse
Faulty charger
Fridge running on 12 V power supply
Faulty battery
Control panel is off
12V not activated on the control panel
ByPass unit
Other
Battery is completely discharged
Disconnected battery
Fuse on B2 unit
Lithium battery circuit breaker (option)

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Reset the circuit breaker
Light is off: reset the fuse by pressing on the left side of the reel
Reset the circuit breaker or differential breaker
Replace the faulty fuse (see Scheiber instructions)
Contact an approved specialist
Switch the fridge to auto mode
Contact an approved specialist
Turn the control panel ON
Activate the 12V mode on the control panel
Check the red LED is lit for the 12V/USB function on the ByPass unit
Contact an approved specialist
Immediately charge the battery with an external charger
Check that the + terminal of the battery is properly tightened
Check the 50A fuse's condition in the B2 unit
Check the lithium battery circuit breaker's condition (located under fridge)
Check the Scheiber instructions (Troubleshooting section)
