If you are not able to rectify a fault with the help of the following table,
please contact the relevant service partner in your country (see the back
of the manual for the address).
Fault
The motor is not
responding to the
remote control.

Warranty

The statutory warranty period applies. If the product is defective, please contact your
retailer or the manufacturer's branch in your country (see the back of the instruction
manual for the addresses).
For repair and guarantee processing, please include the following documents when
you send in the device:
• A copy of the receipt with purchasing date
• A reason for the claim or description of the fault

Possible cause
The remote control
battery is flat.
The remote control is no
longer or not properly
set to the motor.
No power supply
available
The motor is defective.
Suggested remedy
Briefly press one of the buttons
. If the remote control LED does not
light up, the battery is flat.
Replace the battery, see chapter
"Replacing the batteries of the remote
control and the wall switch (accessory)
(optional)" on page 18.
Reprogram the remote control, see the
installation manual.
Check the electric connections.
Retract the awning manually and
contact the service partner in the
respective country.
