Products equipped with single-phase
wiring (M) engines ALWAYS require
connection to 220-240V (or only 230V
where required) single-phase lines. Any
kind of modification shall be considered
as product tampering and shall nullify
the relative warranty.
No specific adjustment is necessary as
the devices operate at nominal
frequencies without a preliminary
setting.
• Thermal protection devices:
- Manual reset thermal protector
The following models are equipped with a manual reset thermal
protector
If the thermal protector is triggered, please contact qualified
personnel or Vortice authorised
Technical Assistance Centre.
If the problem persists after the reset
operation, check the electrical system to which the unit is
connected. In this case, please contact a
Vortice authorised Technical Assistance Centre or professionally
qualified personnel.

The images shown refer to typical applications for this product.
In particular, in Figure 8, it is possible to check the correct
orientation of the product from duct:
A = intake
B = delivery
IMPORTANT
The product delivery point must always be connected to a duct for
correct operation.

Installation

See Figures 9-16.
The images shown are purely indicative. Their purpose is to
illustrate the main assembly steps for the entire range.
IMPORTANT: See the "Wiring Diagrams" paragraph to check
the 3 ventilation speeds.
IMPORTANT
If the unit does not have piping connected to the suction point
(free suction) and it is installed at a height lower than 2.3 m,
assembly of the protection grille - suction side (fig.3-4) is required.
IMPORTANT
Use of the supplied brackets is optional.
IMPORTANT
When installing the product vertically, the suction and delivery
points must be intubated: fig. 7.
