• Repeat playback (vpage 40 "Repeat")
• Shuffling playback (vpage 40 "Shuffle")
z1 This functions when an ASD-1R or ASD-11R is
used.
z2 This functions when an ASD-3N, ASD-3W, ASD-
51N or ASD-51W is used.
• The time (default: 30 sec) for which the on-screen display are
displayed can be set at menu "iPod" (vpage 50). Press
return to the original screen.
• To play back compressed audio with extended bass or treble
reproduction, we recommend playback in RESTORER mode
(vpage 45). The default setting is "Mode 3".

playback to check the title name, artist
name, and album name.

This unit can play back on a TV screen photos and data stored on an
iPod equipped with a slide show or video function.

Press ENTER until the image you want to view is
displayed.
"TV Out" at the iPod's "Slide show Settings" or "Video Settings"
must be set to "On" in order to display the iPod's photo data or videos
on the monitor. For details, see the iPod's operating instructions.
NOTE
Video may not be output, depending on the combination of ASD-1R,
ASD-11R, ASD-3N, ASD-3W, ASD-51N or ASD-51W and iPod.
iPod play function
iPod PLAY
If is pressed when power of this unit is on standby and a
control dock for iPod is connected, the iPod starts playback.
Press iPod PLAY .
• Power of this unit is turned on.
• This unit's input source switches to
"DOCK".
• iPod playback starts.

iPod PLAY
If on the main unit is
pressed, the same function as with the
remote control unit can be obtained.
NOTE
iPod play function does not function if a control dock for iPod ("DOCK")
is not connected.
