I dati tecnici dichiarati sono stati ottenuti utilizzando essenza di faggio di classe “A1” come da normativa UNI EN ISO 17225-5 e umidità inferiore al 20%. L’utilizzo di altre essenze potrebbe comportare la necessità di regolazioni specifiche e potrebbe far ottenere rese diverse dal prodotto.

    La depressione al camino (TIRAGGIO) deve essere di almeno 10 Pa 11 Pa (=1.0 =1.1 mm di colonna d’acqua). La misurazione deve essere fatta sempre ad apparecchio caldo (resa calorifica nominale). Quando la depressione supera i 17 Pascal è necessario ridurla con l’installazione di un regolatore di tiraggio supplementare (valvola a farfalla) sul tubo di scarico o nel camino, come da normative vigenti.

    COMBUsTIBILI AMMEssI / NON AMMEssI I combustibili ammessi sono ceppi di legna. Si devono utilizzare esclusivamente ceppi di legna secca (contenuto d’acqua max. 20%). Si dovrebbero caricare al massimo 2 o 3 ceppi di legna. I pezzi di legna dovrebbero avere una lunghezza di ca. 20-30 cm ed una circonferenza di massimo 30-35 cm.

Le superfici laccate non devono essere toccate durante il riscaldamento. 6.     Proteggere le parti in ghisa, se si vuole mantenere inalterato nel tempo l’aspetto estetico, con della vaselina neutra. LE MAIOLICHE (DOVE PREsENTE) Le maioliche La NORDICA s.p.A. sono prodotti di alta fattura artigianale e come tali possono presentare micro-puntinature, cavillature ed imperfezioni cromatiche. Queste caratteristiche ne testimoniano la pregiata natura.

    CENTRINO E CERCHI IN gHIsA IMPORTANTE: per evitare la formazione di ruggine NON lasciare le pentole o le padelle sulla piastra di cottura fredda. Ciò causerebbe la presenza di aloni di ruggine, sgradevoli a vedersi e difficili da rimuovere ! Il centrino in ghisa (piastra di cottura in ghisa) ed i cerchi in ghisa vanno periodicamente carteggiati con carta vetrata grana 150 NON le parti smaltate.

    DETERMINAZIONE DELLA POTENZA TERMICA Non esiste regola assoluta che permetta di calcolare la potenza corretta necessaria. Questa potenza è in funzione dello spazio da riscaldare, ma dipende anche in grande misura dall’isolamento. In media, la potenza calorifica necessaria per una stanza adeguatamente isolata sarà 30 kcal/h al m (per una temperatura esterna di 0 °C).

    ALLOWED / NOT ALLOWED fUELs Allowed fuels are logs. Use exclusively dry logs (max. content of water 20%). Maximum 3 logs should be loaded. The pieces of wood should have a length of ca. 20-30 cm and a maximum circumference of 30-35 cm. Compressed not worked-out wood briquettes must be used carefully to avoid overheating that may damage the device, since these have a very high calorific value.

    ANfEUERUNg WICHTIg: Es ist unvermeidlich, dass beim ersten Anfeuern (wegen der Nachtrockung des Klebstoffs in der Dichtschnur oder den schutzlacken) ein unangenehmer Geruch entsteht, der nach kurzer Betriebsdauer verschwindet. Es muss in jedem fall eine gute Belüftung des Raums gesichert sein. Beim ersten Anfeuern empfehlen wir, eine geringe Brennstoffmenge in den Ofen zu geben und die Heizleistung des Produckt langsam zu erhöhen.

    NORMALER BETRIEB Nachdem man die Einstellvorrichtung des Abgasventils richtig gestellt hat (vorzugsweise geschlossen), die angegebene stündliche Holzladung laden, und dabei überladungen vermeiden, welche anomale Beanspruchungen und Verformungen verursachen (siehe Kap.     (WENN ANWEsEND) Die La NORDICA s.p.A. Kacheln werden in hochstehender handwerklicher Arbeit gefertigt. Dadurch können sie Mikroporenbildung, Haarrisse und Farbunterschiede aufweisen. Gerade diese Eigenschaften sind ein Beweis dafür, dass sie aus wertvoller handwerklicher Fertigung stammen. Email und Majolika bilden wegen ihres unterschiedlichen Dehnungskoeffizienten Mikrorisse (Haarrisse), die ihre Echtheit beweisen.

  • Page 49: Reinigung Des Rauchgaskastens Durch Den Backfach (Herde)

    - Entfernen sie das Essen aus dem Ofen einmal gekocht. Die Kühlung der warmen speisen in den Backofen ( unter 150 ° C) ermöglicht die Bildung von Kondensation; - Nach dem Kochen, lassen sie die Tür teilweise geöffnet, um jegliche Kondensation auszutrocknen - Im Fall von Feuchtigkeit im Backfach, muss das Innere der Gusseisen Tür mit neutraler Vaseline behandelt werden wenn anwesend.

    fEsTsTELLUNg DER WäRMELEIsTUNg Es gibt keine absolute Regel, welche die Berechnung der richtigen notwendigen Heizleistung gestattet. Diese Leistung hängt vom Raum an, der zu heizen ist, aber sie wird stark von der Isolierung beeinflusst. Durchschnittlich beträgt die für ein zweckmäßig isoliertes zimmer notwendige Heizleistung 30 kcal/h per m (mit einer Außentemperatur von 0 °C).
