    REAR PANEL (CLSTROBE1 SHOWN) Connections, control, and functions of the CAMEO CLSTROBE1 and CLSTROBE2 stroboscopes are identical. POWER INPUT Permanently attached 1 m power cord with Schuko plug. FUSE HOLDER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Always replace the fuse only with a fuse of the same type with the same rating (information on the rear panel).
  • Page 8 OPERATION: Connections, control, and functions of the CAMEO stroboscopes CLSTROBE1 and CLSTROBE2 are identical. SETTING THE FLASH FREQUENCY Press the MODE button repeatedly until "F-_" appears in the display. Now use the UP and DOWN buttons to select the desired flash frequency from F-0 (slowest) to F-9 (fastest).

    OPERATION: SLAVE MODE Set the light that is to serve as a slave unit to the DMX start address mode. Connect the slave and master unit of the same type with a DMX cable (master unit DMX OUT -- slave unit DMX IN). Set the brightness and flash frequency on the master unit.

    BEDIENUNG: Anschlüsse, Steuerung und Funktionen der CAMEO Stroboskope CLSTROBE1 und CLSTROBE2 sind identisch. BLITZFREQUENZ EINSTELLEN Drücken Sie die MODE-Taste so oft, bis im Display „F-_“ erscheint. Wählen Sie nun mit Hilfe der Tasten UP und DOWN die gewünschte Blitzfrequenz von F-0 (lang- samste Blitzfrequenz) bis F-9 (schnellste Blitzfrequenz).
  • Page 25 BEDIENUNG: SLAVE-MODUS Bringen Sie den Strahler, der als Slave-Einheit dienen soll, in den DMX- Startadressen Modus. Verbinden Sie die Slave- und die Master-Einheit des gleichen Typs mit einem DMX-Kabel (Master-Einheit DMX OUT -- Slave-Ein- heit DMX IN). Stellen Sie Helligkeit und Blitzfrequenz an der Master-Einheit ein.

  • Page 27 DMX VERBINDUNG: DMX-512 DMX (Digital Multiplex) ist die Bezeichnung für ein universelles Übertragungsprotokoll für die Kommunika- tion zwischen entsprechenden Geräten und Controllern. Ein DMX-Controller sendet DMX-Daten an das/ die angeschlossene(n) DMX-Gerät(e). Die DMX-Datenübertragung erfolgt stets als serieller Datenstrom, der über die an jedem DMX-fähigen Gerät vorhandenen „DMX IN“- und „DMX OUT“-Anschlüsse (XLR- Steckverbinder) von einem angeschlossenen Gerät an das nächste weitergeleitet wird.

Verbinden Sie auf keinen Fall die Abschirmung des Kabels mit dem Massekontakt des Steckers, und achten Sie darauf, dass die Abschirmung nicht mit dem XLR-Steckergehäuse in Kontakt kommt. Hat die Abschirmung Massekontakt, kann dies zu Kurzschlüssen und Systemfehlern führen.
