3.3.4 Lifting pole

CAUTION:
Risk of tipping over - Check that the lifting pole is not mounted to the
outside of the welded bushing of the mattress support platform. If it is placed to
the outside there is a risk of tipping over the nursing bed.
The lifting pole can be mounted on both sides of the head section.
1. Insert the lifting pole  as far as it will go into the relevant socket ➁ on the head end
of the mattress support platform.
2. Let the arresting bolt  slide into the groove .
3. Pull the metal ring

4. Also pull strap
5. Secure the strap.

