A. Gas pre-flow time: 0.0 – 2.0 seconds
Gas output time before welding starts.
B. Starting current (only with 4T): 5 – 160
Ampère
This parameter is used to set the start current for TIG.
The Start Current remains 'ON' until the torch trigger
switch is released after it has been depressed.
C. Upslope time: 0.0 – 10.0 seconds
This is the time in which the current, beginning from the
minimum, reaches the set current value.
D. Pulsed/Continuous welding
Use the multifunction control knob (13) to toggle Pulse
'ON' and 'OFF'.
E. Welding current: 5 – 160 Ampère
This parameters sets the welding current.
F . Low current (operates in Pulse mode only):
5 – 160 Ampère
For setting the lowest point in the pulse.
G. Pulse Width (operates in Pulse mode only):
15 – 100%
This parameter sets the percentage on time of the Pulse
frequency for weld current.
H. Pulse frequency (operates in Pulse mode
only): 0.5 – 200 Hz
For setting the Pulse frequency.
I. Downslope time: 0.0 – 10.0 seconds
This is the time in which the current reaches the minimum
value and the arc shuts down.
J. Crater current (only with 4T): 5 – 160 Ampère
30
This parameter is used to set the finish current for TIG.
The Crater Current remains 'ON' until the torch trigger
switch is released after it has been depressed.
K. Gas post-flow time: 0.0 – 10.0 seconds
This parameters is used to adjust the post gas flow time
once the arc has extinguished.

3.2 MMA WELDING

-
This welding machine is suitable for welding all types
of electrodes, with the exception of cellulosic.
-
Make sure that the switch (5) is in position 0, then
connect the welding cables, matching the polarity
required by the manufacturer of the electrodes you
will be using.

VERY IMPORTANT:

Connect the terminal of the grounding cable to the
workpiece, making sure that contact is good to ensure
smooth equipment operation and avoid voltage dips with
the workpiece.
-
Connect the grounding cable to the Negative output
terminal (2).
-
Connect the Electrode Holder lead to the Positive
output terminal (1).

-
Make sure that the supply voltage matches the
voltage of the welding machine.
-
Do not touch the torch or electrode clamp
simultaneously with the mass terminal.
-
Turn the machine on using the switch (5).
-
Used the Process selection button (9) to select
MMA.
-
Adjust the welding current and parameters using the
multifunction control knob (see 3.1 no. 14).
Always remember to shut off the machine and
remove the electrode from the clamp after
welding.
3.3 TIG WELDING
-
This welding machine is a constant current power
source built using INVERTER technology, designed
for welding the following materials using the TIG
procedures, with contact starting and high frequency:
stainless steel, iron, copper.
-
Make sure that the supply voltage matches the
voltage of the welding machine.
-
Do not touch the torch simultaneously with the mass
terminal.
-
Connect the Tig welding torch to the Negative output
terminal (2).
-
Connect the TIG torch trigger switch to the connector
(3).
-
Connect the gas hose from the TIG torch to the gas
OUTLET (4) on the front of the power source.
-
Connect the mass cable connector to the Positive
output terminal (1) of the welding machine, and the
clamp to the workpiece as close as possible to the
welding point.
-
Fit the welding grade shielding gas regulator/
flowmeter to the shielding gas cylinder then connect
the shielding gas hose from the regulator/flowmeter
outlet gas INLET (7) on the rear of the power source.
Turn the machine on using the power switch (5).
-
Set the Process selection button (9) to LIFT TIG or
-
HF TIG (corresponding LED lights up).
-
Press the torch trigger and set the gas flow.
-
Use a tungsten electrode suitable for welding iron
and stainless steel, f.e. a 2% cerium-covered tungsten
electrode, with a diameter of Ø 2,4 mm (3/32").
Press the selection button (10) to choose 2T or 4T
-
mode (corresponding led lights up).
-
Adjust the welding current and parameters using the
multifunction control knob (see 3.1 no. 15).
Remember to shut off the machine and close
the gas cylinder valve when you have finished
welding.
