Danger!
When using the equipment, a few safety pre-
cautions must be observed to avoid injuries and
damage. Please read the complete operating
instructions and safety regulations with due care.
Keep this manual in a safe place, so that the in-
formation is available at all times. If you give the
equipment to any other person, hand over these
operating instructions and safety regulations as
well. We cannot accept any liability for damage
or accidents which arise due to a failure to follow
these instructions and the safety instructions.

1. Safety regulations

Danger!
Read all safety regulations and instructions.
Any errors made in following the safety regula-
tions and instructions may result in an electric
shock, fi re and/or serious injury.
Keep all safety regulations and instructions
in a safe place for future use.
Warning:
The lifting of loads is strictly prohibited!
Warning:
The equipment may only be used for pulling
loads.
Warning:
There is a risk of crush injuries to fi ngers!
1. Wear protective clothing which is suitable for
the particular environment for the whole time
while carrying out your work and take safety
precautions appropriate for the particular en-
vironment to prevent accidents.
2. Wear gloves at all times while working with
the equipment.
3. The equipment is only allowed to be opera-
ted by persons who have carefully read and
understood these instructions; the equipment
is not allowed to be operated by persons who
have not been given appropriate instruction or
who have health issues.
4. The equipment is only allowed to be operated
by a single person. No other persons are allo-
wed to be within the work area.
5. Never allow children to come anywhere near
the equipment.
6. The equipment may only be used for pulling
loads horizontally. The weight is not allowed

to exceed the maximum load capacity speci-
fi ed by the manufacturer in the technical data
and on the identifi cation plate of the hoist.
Exceeding the maximum load capacity could
result in damage to the equipment and inju-
ries.
7. Take care at all times to make sure that you
never allow any parts of your body such as,
e.g. fi ngers, to get into rotating parts or parts
under tension.
8. Before starting the work you intend to carry
out, always check the equipment each time to
ensure that all its components are in perfect
working order. In particular, check that all
screw connections are secure and that the
carabiner hooks are in perfect condition, to
prevent the unintended release of the hook.
9. Never use the equipment if it is defective or
damaged. If the cable has any fractures or is
damaged in any other way, it must be repla-
ced. In this case, immediately contact the ma-
nufacturer or arrange for the equipment to be
checked and repaired by a qualifi ed expert.
10. Always exercise care and due caution while
working. Do not apply excessive force.
11. Operate the hand lever smoothly to avoid ab-
rupt jolts or tangling.
12. Do not increase the leverage eff ect of the
hand lever by using an extension tube or
other aid.
13. Look out for any defects occurring during use.
In the event of any anomalies during use, stop
using the equipment immediately.
14. Never use the equipment as a pulley block or
similar.
15. Never use any electrical devices to operate
the equipment. This equipment is designed
for manual operation only.
16. Never wind the cable around an object like a
loop in order to hang the hook in the cable.
Never run the cable around corners and ne-
ver draw it over edges.
17. Never use the equipment as a tow rope.
18. Store the equipment only in a dry room.
19. Never use the equipment in an explosive en-
vironment or in damp locations.
20. The ambient temperature for operation must
be between -10°C and +50°C.
