CAUTION:
Following the self-test the device is now ready for operation.
To ensure reliability, the recirculating air filter system should be serviced and checked as to func-
tioning by a specialist at least once a year. At the same time the fitted filter unit is to be replaced
at least once a year - or sooner should the saturation limit be reached. The integrated ventilation
and filter saturation monitoring system electronically checks on functionality. As a result, the recir-
culating air filter system function is constantly examined during operation.
The activated carbon filter of the recirculating air filter system must be replaced soon after the red
LED of the filter display blinks. The filter can be changed by one of our trained service technicians
and must be requested promptly by calling the service hotline on 0180 - 5 92 20 92* (Germa-
ny) or +49 6051 9220-0 (foreign countries).
Having the filter changed by asecos service personnel ensures that contaminated activated carbon
is recycled in a defined disposal chain. Clean the outside of the recirculating air filter system with
a soft cloth and a common, mild household cleaner.
CAUTION:
Make sure that no moisture can penetrate into the inside of the recirculating air filter system during
cleaning.
