4. CHANGING THE FILTER IN THE UFA.20.30*
CAUTION: General safety notes and guarantee
The UFA.20.30* recirculation filter is a safety-relevant equipment and must be checked at least once
per year, or more frequently depending on the level of use. Inspections and filter changes must be
carried out by specialised sta authorised by the manufacturer, using original spare parts from the
manufacturer.
If this inspection is not carried, or not carried out by specialised sta authorised by the manufacturer,
the customer's guarantee claims against the manufacturer will be invalidated.

Protective measures

If the recirculating air filter system is used as intended, all air conducting parts will be contamina-
ted. Therefore additional protective measures such as the use of personal protective equipment
are required when changing the filter.

CAUTION:
The filter must be disposed of properly or taken
to an o cial recycling collection point.
Returned filters will be disposed of by the
manufacturer.

CAUTION:
Make sure that the gasket does not touch the housing (figure 7), in particular that it does not touch
the rear upper bar. In order to prevent damage to the cables, the filter must not touch them.
Check whether cables or lines are damaged.
Check that the protective grounding wire is correctly connected to the cover.
5. RESET THE FILTER SATURATION MONITOR IN THE UFA.20.30*
CAUTION:
The filter saturation monitor must be reset after each filter change.
