FIRST START.
• Charge the water, as described in "load water" (only for
use with tank).
• Turn the switch (1) to "
water pump for charging the coffee boiler.
• Wait until the pump stops, then lift the lever (2) and dump
the water from the group (3), in order to be assured of
the correct filling of the boiler, letting out any air bubbles;
lower the lever to stop the flow.
• Turn on the boiler heating element to heat the water, by
pressing the button (4).
• Wait for the achievement of the set temperature, indicated
on the display (5) (90 ° C).
• Turn the selector switch (1) on the "
operation of the resistance of steam, indicated by the
lighting of the lamp (6) and before the use, wait until the
boiler pressure reaches the value of 1.2 bar (0, 12 MPa),
indicated by the pressure gauge (7).
