7. Take out the floating ring
8. Pull out the valve insert with pliers
9. Unscrew the filter bowl
• Use double ring wrench ZR06K
10. Take out the groove ring
11. Check whether the sealing disc, the nozzle edge and the
groove ring are in perfect condition, and replace the entire
valve insert if necessary
12. Take out the filter, clean if necessary and replace
13. Put a new O-ring on the filter bowl
14. Install in reverse order
Press in the diaphragm with a finger, then insert the
floating ring
Screw in the filter bowl and tighten manually (up to a
max. of 18Nm)
15. Screw in the spring bonnet with a double ring wrench
16. Set the outlet pressure and calibrate the setting scale

1. Close the shut-off valve on the input side
2. Reduce the pressure on the output side (e.g. by draining
water)
3. Close the shut-off valve on the output side
4. Loosen the slotted screw and unscrew completely
5. Remove the red handle
6. Continue with points 5 to 16, chapter 9.2.1.1
9.3. Calibrating the setting scale
When the adjuster knob is removed, the calibration will be
lost. Recalibration is possible with the aid of a pressure
gauge.
1. Close the shut-off valve on the input side
2. Reduce the pressure on the output side (e.g. by draining
water)
3. Close the shut-off valve on the output side
4. Install the pressure gauge
5. Loosen slotted screw
• Do not unscrew the slotted screw
6. Slowly open the shut-off valve on the input side
7. Set the desired outlet pressure (e.g. 4 bar)
8. Bring the scale value (e.g. 4) into line with the marking in
the centre of the window
9. Re-tighten the slotted screw
10. Slowly open the shut-off valve on the output side

9.4. Cleaning
Caution!
To clean the outside of plastic parts, do not use solvent
and/or cleaning agents that contain alcohol, as these
can cause damage to the plastic components - which
can result in water damage!
If necessary, the filter bowl can be cleaned and disinfected.
This should be done by an installation company or the
operator.
Cleaning agents must not be released into the
environment or the sewage system!
