8. Test Sieving according to ISO 2591-1

During the sieve analysis, a certain quantity of the test product is divided into fractions by one or several
test sieves. The difficulty of the sieve analysis is to determine the separation limit of the separation
procedure which is carried out by sieving. It is therefore recommended to determine the analytical
separation limit.
Details of the basic principals for sieve analysis are included in the standard sheets.

1.
Put the machine on a stable, vibration free table. Do not use a
rubber support!
2.
Screw the reduction pieces (4) in the drill holes of the vibrating plate
(1) and the guide rods (3) in the reduction pieces. Tighten firmly
the counter nuts (2) with the key.
Minimum of three test sieves (height 50 mm) and one
sieve pan is necessary when using guide rods with
lengths of 660 mm
EML 200 Pure
1.
Put on the test sieve set (1) and fill the sieving material in the upper
test sieve.
2.
Put on the cover (2) and fix it evenly with the two
tension nuts (3).
Please notice item 10, Test sieving according
to ISO 2591-1!
Connect the mains plug, pay attention to
the power supply!
Only connect the control gear delivered with the test
sieve shaker to the drive!
