1.
Put the machine on the floor, best would be on a concrete ground.
Do not use a rubber support!
2. Remove the transport eyes (3).
3.
Screw the guide rods (2) into the drilled holes of the vibration
plate (1) and drive in by the key.
At least 4 test sieves (height 50 mm) and one sieve pan
are necessary.
EML 450 digital plus T
1. Put on the test sieve set (3) and fill the sieving material in the upper
test sieve.
2.
Put on the cover (2) and fix it simultaneously with the two
nuts (1).
3. Fix the holding device and the separate control gear to the wall.
Please notice item 10, Test sieving according
to ISO 2591-1!
EML 450 digital plus N
1.
Assembly of wide spreading spray diffuser: put the
wide spreading spray diffuser (6) through the
inspection glass (6); fit the sealing ring (7) and the
hose clip (8); tighten

Put on the sieve pan with outlet (1), the test sieve set
(2) and fill the sieving material in the upper test
sieve.
3.
Put on the cover (3) and fix it simultaneously with
the two tension nuts (4).
4.
Slip the PVC- water hose over the wide spreading
spray diffuser and connect the discharge hose to the
outlet of the sieve pan.
5. Fix the holding device and the separate control gear
to the wall.
Connect the mains plug, pay attention to the power supply!
Only connect the control gear delivered with the test
sieve shaker to the drive!
