CAUTION
When grinding with straight grinding discs and cutting with cutting discs in metalworking applications, use the
guard with front cover.
3.7 DG-EX 125/5" dust removal hood for grinding 4
The power tool is suitable only for occasional use with diamond cup wheels for grinding mineral materials.

3.8 Lithium‑ion battery charge status
When the lithium-ion battery is in use, the charge status can be indicated by gently pressing one of the battery release
buttons (press until resistance is felt - do not release the battery). The display on the rear of the battery provides the
following information:
LEDs light constantly
LED 1, 2, 3, 4
LED 1, 2, 3
LED 1, 2
LED 1

NOTE
Indication of the charge status is not possible while the power tool is in operation or immediately after operation. If the
battery charge status LEDs flash, please refer to the information given in the Troubleshooting section.
4 Consumables
Discs with a diameter of max. 125 mm, designed for a speed of 11000/min and a peripheral speed of 80 m/sec,
and with a maximum thickness of 6.4 mm (abrasive grinding discs) or 2.5 mm (abrasive cutting discs).
