Possible cause
The hearing amplifier's
earplug is not
positioned correctly in
the ear, meaning the
hearing amplifier may
not function correctly
or an unpleasant
whistling sound
(acoustic feedback)
may be heard.
Solution
- Switch off the hearing
amplifier and insert it
into your ear. Make
sure that the hearing
amplifier is inserted
correctly.
- If the earplug does
not fit correctly
in your ear, try a
different size. If
possible, use an
earplug that fits
correctly. If you have
