and golden. Their nutritional qualities and fla-
vours are comparable.

To take full advantage of all its benefits!
The stomach cannot dissolve the husk du-
ring digestion. Flax seeds must therefore be
ground, so that the body can absorb all the
benefits of these amazing seeds.

seeds a day. 1 ISEN spoon

How do you store flax seeds?
Whole seeds can easily be stored in an air-
tight container at room temperature. Once
ground, however, flaxseed quickly oxidises
in contact with air and light, and becomes
rancid.
Therefore, you are advised to grind flax
seeds just before use and to store any surplus
in an airtight container placed in a refrigera-
tor. Flax seeds must be consumed soon after
grinding.
How do you use flax seeds?
Flax seeds have a pleasant taste similar to
walnuts or hazelnuts.
Ground flax seeds can easily be eaten at
different times of the day:
. Breakfast: in a bowl of cereal or yoghurt.
. Lunch or dinner: in a salad, on raw or
cooked vegetables, or with rice, or mixed in
sweet or savoury preparations (pastry, cakes,
etc.).
