Splitting wood

Wood that is placed on the splitting table at an angle can slide away
during splitting. Knotty wood can splinter.

Always place the wood straight on the splitting table before
splitting.

When splitting, always make sure the wood only lies on the
checker plate of the splitting table.

Never use wood that has not been delimbed.
