MOTOR OIL
The oil level should be checked at least
once a year.
In order to check the oil level, proceed as
follows:
1. Disconnect the installation from the
mains electricity supply.
2. Remove the cap (part 6 Fig. 1a).
3. Remove the oil plug (part 2 Fig. 1b).
4. See if the oil reaches the level of the
winding (about 20 mm from the plug).
Top up with TS 20 oil if necessary.
PROBLEMS
AND REMEDIES
1. The gate neither opens nor closes.
The electric motor does not function,
therefore no sound or vibration is
heard.
a. Check that the electronic equipment is
powered correctly.
b. Check the fuses.
c. Check the motor start-up capacitors.
To check this, link a loose 20 µF parallel
capacitor to the brown and black wires.
d. Check, using suitable diagnostic instru-
ments, that the electronic equipment
functions correctly.
e. Make sure that the gearmotor is on 230
Volts AC ± 10%.
2. The gate does not open, the motor
functions but there is no motion.
a. Make sure the clutch is not too loose.
b. Make sure the serrated pinion is in
mesh with the rack.
c. Check that the gearmotor is not set on
manual operation (released).
d. It may be that the gate has been locked
mechanically by one of the two
mechanical stops.
If so, release the motor manually and
open the gate by hand, thus bringing the
gate out of that anomalous position;
bring the stop magnets back to their
correct position before restoring auto-
matic operation.

MOTORÖL
Die Kontrolle des Ölstandes muß minde-
stens einmal jährlich durchgeführt werden.
Für die Kontrolle des Ölstands ist wie folgt
zu verfahren:
1. Die Stromzufuhr zur Anlage unterbre-
chen.
2. Den Deckel entfernen (Detail 6 Abb. 1a)
3. Den Ölstopfen entfernen (Detail 2 Abb.
1b)
4. Durch Sichtkontrolle überprüfen, ob
sich das Öl in Höhe der Wicklung befin-
det (ungefähr 20 mm vom Stopfen).
Falls notwending, mit Öl TS 20 auffüllen
BETRIEBSSTÖRUNGEN UND
DEREN BEHEBUNG
1. Das Tor läßt sich nicht öffnen oder
nicht schließen. Der Elektromotor
funktioniert nicht und man kann
daher keinerlei Geräusch oder eine
Vibration wahrnehmen.
a. Überprüfen, ob das elektronische
Steuergehäuse ordnungsgemäß mit
Strom versorgt wird.
b. Die Leistungsfähigkeit der Sicherungen
überprüfen.
c. Die
Leistungsfähigkeit
Kondensators für den Motorstart über-
prüfen.
Um diese Kontrolle zu ermöglichen, ist
ein Hilfskondensator mit 20 µF parallel
zum braunen und schwarzen Draht
anzuschließen.
d. Mit
Hilfe
der
entsprechenden
Meßgeräte
überprüfen,
Funktionen
des
Steuergehäuses einwandfrei sind.
e. Sicherstellen, daß der Motor mit 230
VAC ± 10% versorgt wird.
2. Das Tor öffnet sich nicht, der Motor
funktioniert, es erfolgt jedoch den-
noch keine Öffnungsbewegung.
a. Sicherstellen, daß die Kupplung nicht
zu locker ist.
b. Überprüfen, ob der Ritzel in die
Zahnstange eingreift.
c. Kontrollieren, ob sich der Getriebemotor
nicht in der manuellen (entriegelten)
Position befindet.
d. Es ist möglich, daß das Tor mechanisch
an einem der beiden mechanischen
Endanschläge blockiert ist.
In diesem Fall ist der Motor manuell zu
entriegeln, das Tor per Hand zu betäti-
gen, und es aus dieser anomalen
Position zu befreien, bevor der automati-
sche Betrieb wieder aufgenommen
wird,
wobei
auf
Positionierung der Magnete zu achten
ist.

MOTOROLIE
Het oliepeil moet tenminste één keer per
jaar gecontroleerd worden. Om het oliepeil
te controleren dient u het volgende te doen:
1. Verbreek de netspanning.
2. Haal het deksel (detail 6, fig. 1a) eraf.
3. Verwijder de olievuldop (detail 2, fig. 1b).
4. Controleer visueel of de olie zich ter
hoogte van de wikkeling bevindt (onge-
veer 20 mm onder de dop).
Vul indien nodig bij met TS 20 olie.
STORINGEN EN
OPLOSSINGEN
1. De poort gaat niet open of dicht. De
elektromotor werkt niet, er is geen
geluid of trilling waar te nemen.
a. Controleer of de voeding goed is aange-
sloten op de elektronische besturings-
kast.
b. Controleer de zekeringen.
c. Controleer de opstart-condensator. Om
dit te controleren dient een hulpconden-
sator van 20 µF parallel aan de bruine en
des
zwarte draden aangesloten te worden.
d. Ga met de juiste controle-apparatuur na

e. Controleer of de motorreductor 230 Vac

met de hand uit de abnormale positie en
zet de eindmagneten in de juiste stand
alvorens het systeem weer op de auto-
matische stand in werking te stellen.
