5-4. Installation of the mower deck

a. Before installing the mower deck
Set the height of all gauge wheels to the lowest
position.
b. Start the engine and lift up the link to the highest
position by the hydraulic control lever/switch.
Stop the engine and draw the engine key.
c. Place the mower deck underneath the tractor.
d. Lower the link by the hydraulic control
lever/switch.
e. Connect the MID-ARM (LH) (3) and MID-
ARM (RH) (4) to the mower deck.
f. Install the FRONT ARM (2) onto the mower
deck.
g. Hook the FRONT ARM (2) onto the FRONT
BRACKET (8) and fasten them by turning the
lever. At this operation, adjust the length of the
FRONT ARM (2) so that the pin of the FRONT
ARM can be inserted into the hole of the
FRONT BRACKET (8) smoothly.
