10. Maintenance and cleaning

• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical
solutions as they can cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.
• There are no parts inside the product that you need to maintenance, therefore never
dismantle the product, (apart from any processes described in the user manual).
• Use a dry, soft, clean cloth to clean the exterior of the card reader and the access
cards.
