Adjusting the height of the pottery wheel

10.4.2.

Adjusting the seat longitudinally

The distance of the seat from the pottery wheel can be continuously adjusted by loosening the lever clamp. To do this,
the tensioning screw must be loosened anticlockwise and the seat base pulled out or pushed in. Then the clamping
screw must be tightened again in a clockwise direction.
 The lever of the clamping screw can be locked in any position by lifting it.
 If necessary, separate the seat from the pottery wheel to make the length adjustment easier.
 To avoid injuries and damage, the clamping lever must be positioned lengthways to the rear when not in use.
WARNING
Never unscrew the machine feet further than the end of
the scale ("STOP").
The 3 feet of the pottery wheel can be screwed in or out continuously for height
adjustment. The adjustment range is approx. 13 cm in height.
