Assembling the seat (optional accessory)

WARNING
Includes a pressure spring:
CAUTION
Danger of physical injury!
After the components have been put together, they must be loaded by the user's own weight
(maximum 130 kg) so that the components fit into one another permanently. If they are not
loaded, there is a risk that the parts of the seat will separate from each other again.

Description

When assembling, make sure that all surfaces are dry and free of grease and dirt.
Insert the gas pressure spring into the seat base.

Pay attention to the orientation of the seat before you place
it on the gas pressure spring.

For orientation:
The two adjustment levers must be aligned straight to the
left and right.

Push the aligned seat onto the gas pressure spring.
After the components have been put together, they must be loaded by the user's own weight (maximum

130 kg) so that the components fit into one another permanently. Once the components have been
loaded, they can only be separated again using tools.
 The gas pressure spring is a hydropneumatic adjustment element consisting of a
closed housing, the interior of which is under high gas pressure.
 Repairs, changes and manipulations to the gas pressure spring can lead to damage
and are strictly forbidden. Danger of physical injury!
 Only use the gas pressure spring when it is in perfect and functional condition.
 Replacement and repair work only by trained personnel.
 Assemble the seat on the floor.
 After the 1st assembly, you must load it with your own weight.
 Do not lift unduly after the 1st assembly and without any load.
 After the first assembly and without load, do not carry it over long distances.
