• Unplug the device from the wall outlet with dry hands, pulling the power
cord by the plug, not by the wire. Failure to observe this precaution may
result in damage to the cord and electric shock.
• Never switch on the device with empty water tank.
• Unplug the device when not in use.
• Before installing or removing components, be sure to disconnect the de-
vice from the mains.
• Always unplug the device before cleaning.
• Leave the device to cool for about 15 minutes between two consecutive uses.
• Always place the device on a dry, flat surface, out of the reach of children.
• Keep the device out of the reach of children. Do not allow children to use
the device as a toy.
Handle the blades with extreme caution, especially when you empty or
clean the bowl. The blades are very sharp.
Be careful when steaming as the device becomes very hot.
• Always use the handle to lift a bowl.
Beware of hot steam that rises from the bowl and the water tank during
cooking.
• Empty the water tank before storing.
• Do not incline or overturn the device, do not attempt to empty or fill it
during operation.
• Do not disassemble the device.
Never immerse the device in water.
• Do not leave the device unattended during operation.
• The device should not be used by physically, nervously or mentally disor-
dered people (including children), or by the people who have insufficient
experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed by
the persons responsible for their safety. You should supervise the children
and not allow them to play with the device, its accessories, and also fac-
tory package. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children
without adult supervision. Do not leave children unattended near the device.
• If any malfunctions are detected, stop using the device and contact a spe-
cialized service center. Do not attempt to repair the device by yourself. All
repairs must be carried out by an authorized service center. Unprofession-
al repairs may result in damage to the device, injury, and property damage.
• The manufacturer is not liable for damage and loss caused by non-ob-
servance of safety instructions, as well as due to improper or unintended
use of the device.
