2.- FITTING THE MAIN BODY.-
ATTENTION: The assistance of a
second person is required for this
stage of the assembly.
Assembly the main body (2) onto rail
base (1), positioning according to the
figure, Fig.3, insert screws (95) and
with washers (52) (49) and screws (26)
with washers (52) (47) and tighten
slightly.
Align the
tighten.
3.- FITTING THE MAIN POST.-
Put the cable through the main post
(3).
Bring the main post (3) up to boss on
the main body (2), Fig.4.
Slip the main post (3) over the boss on
the main body (2), Fig.4, making sure
not to snag any of the cables.
Insert the washers (50) (51) with the
screw (68) and the washers (44) with
the nuts (57) and screws (70).
Lower the handlebar post cover (32)
for the main post (5) down over the
boss section of the main body (34).
Insert the axis (122) into the main post
(5) and put it in the center, Fig.5.
Fit the left upper cover (16), the right
upper cover (17) and the air outlet
cover (21) and isert the screws (62).
4.- FITTING THE FOCUS BARS.-
Take the left lower focus bar (6)
(marked with the letter L) and insert it
onto the focus bar spindle, Fig.5. Fit the
screws (68) and washers (51) (45) and
tighten securely.
Insert the left upper focus bar in the left
lower focus bar (6) and fit the screws
(69), washers (50) and nuts (57).
Put the bar covers (19) (20) on using
the screws (65), Fig.5.
Take the right focus bar (7), (marked
with the letter "R") and go through the
same assembly procedure as with the
left.
