Position your
pressure cooker so
that the
programme selector
is facing you.
Never force the
pressure cooker
open, make sure the
pressure indicator
(D) is down in the
normal position.
Use

Before cooking

• Every time you use your cooker, first check that
the control module is correctly fitted and
tightened (using a coin) and check that the
operating valve (P) located inside the lid can
move by moving the programme selector to
and pressing the decompression valve
with your finger.
• Visually check that the steam release outlet (A)
is not obstructed

valve, the timer beeps, reduce the heat source.

timer beeping. Then turn off the heat.
