This cleaning adapter is used in conjunction with the window squeegee or the cleaning
cloth (not shown). The multifunction nozzle in combination with the cleaning cloth is
ideal for cleaning smooth surfaces and freshening up upholstered furniture.

This cleaning adapter is designed for cleaning diffi cult to reach areas such as grooves,

Prior to fi rst use
Before using the appliance for the fi rst time you must:
• unpack the product contents,
• observe the notes in the chapters "Start-up" and "Use".

Unpacking

ATTENTION!
❐ Keep children away from the packaging. Risk of suffocation and other dangers!
Unpack all parts and make sure that the scope of delivery is complete (see chapter "Appli-
ance overview and scope of delivery") and check for any damages from transport. If you
identify damages to the components, do not use them (!), instead contact our customer
service centre.

Start-up

Filling up the water tank

ATTENTION!
❐ Always switch off the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket before
twisting off the water tank cap and fi lling the tank with water! In the process, never pull
on the cord, but always on the plug.
❐ Do not overfi ll the water tank! The water tank has a capacity of approx. 1.15 litres!
❐ Only use tap water or distilled water! Never add cleaners or other chemical additives to the
water tank.They may destroy the appliance and as such, the safe operation of the unit can
no longer be assured.
1. Open the water tank cap by pushing it down and at the same time turning it counter-
clockwise.
