Optionally, you can use the app to set a time window during which the activity
sensor automatically switches to sleep mode and subsequently returns to activity
mode. You can also set a sleep reminder.
If you activate sleep mode while heart rate measurement is activated, the heart
symbol is also displayed.
Important: Heart rate measurement is then only possible as live tracking (only via
app), for example using the Runtastic app or similar sports apps.
Important: The activity sensor consumes significantly more power when heart
rate measurement is activated. The battery of the activity sensor may be empty
when you wake up and need to be charged.

6.14 Activity alarm

You can set a move reminder in the settings of the "beurer HealthManager" app.
You can define a start and end time for when the move reminder is active, for
example from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can also define an inactivity period. Then if
you do not move within the set inactivity period, the activity sensor starts to
vibrate and appears in the display.
