TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem
The Power Switch is in On position. The
Pilot Light (13) does not illuminate.
The humidifier produces little or no mist.
Humidity condenses on furniture,
walls or floors.
White dust
Cannot smell Vicks vapors
DISPOSAL
Please d o not dispose of this product in the household
waste at the end of its useful life. Disposal can take place
at your local retailer or at appropriate collection points
provided.
This regulation is valid only in EU member states.
CONDITION OF SALE
As a condition of sale, the purchaser assumes responsibility for
the proper use and care of this appliance in accordance with these
printed instructions. The purchaser or user must judge himself or
herself when to use the appliance and the length or use.

Possible Cause
1. The plug is not plugged in.
2. There is no power at the outlet.
1. No water in Tank (3).
2. T he unit is not placed on a firm,
level surface.
3. T he Water Tank (2) was washed with a
washing liquid and not rinsed
thoroughly.
4. M ineral deposits on Water Sensor (9)
or Nebulizer (10).
5. Blower not operating (10).
6. Cartridge (6) is clogged.
7. Nebulizer not functioning.
1. T he relative humidity in the room
is too high.
1. The water hardness is too high.
2. The Cartridge (6) is exhausted.
1. S cent Pad has been in your humidifier for
over 8 hours.
NOTE: IF YOU EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM WITH
YOUR HUMIDIFIER PLEASE SEE WARRANTY FOR
INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
REPAIR THE HUMIDIFIER YOURSELF. DOING SO
WILL VOID THE WARRANTY AND COULD CAUSE
DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY.

Solution
1. Plug the humidifier in.
2. C heck the circuits and fuses or ask
a specialist or please contact your
retailer.
1. Fill the Water Tank (3).
2. P lace the humidifier on a firm,
level surface.
3. E mpty the water tank (3) and rinse
thoroughly with warm water.
4. C lean Water Sensor (9) and
Nebulizer (10).
5. E nsure water in Reservoir (7) is adequate
to immerse Water Sensor (9).
6. R eplace used Cartridge with a
new one (6).
7. P lease ask a specialist or contact a
retailer and follow instructions
in the warranty manual.
1. F ollow the "Operating Instructions".
1. F ollow instructions under
"Demineralization Cartridge ACA- 817E"
and use the extra filter KF-520E.
2. R eplace exhausted Cartridge with
a new one.
1. Replace Scent Pad with fresh pad.
