HOME-MADE APPLE AND ORANGE PURÉE

Ingredients:
3 "Golden Delicious" or "Belle de Boskoop" apples
Juice of a half an orange
½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
3 tablespoons of liquid honey
Preparation

Peel and remove the core from the apples. Cut into chunks and place in the bowl with the rest of the
ingredients.

green beans and rinse them in cold water.
