11 - CAUSES FOR OPERATING FAILURES OR ANOMALIES (TROUBLESHOOTING)

PROBLEMS
The grinder does not
switch on
Mechanical block
The dosing grinder does
not turn
The dosing grinder lever
does not move backwards
Very fine powder mixed
with larger fragments
CAUSE
1. Power plug non inserted
2. The power supply does not
reach the grinder
Foreign body between the
grinders
Gear broken
Return spring broken
Grinders worn

SOLUTION
1.Insert the plug in the power socket
2. Check the power cable
Eliminate any foreign bodies that there
may be between the grinders, by slightly
loosening the bell jar. Restart the grinder,
after having brought the bell jar back in
its original position.
