FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Open the boot and remove the covering from the bottom, sides and rear
panel. Remove the spare wheel. Remove the rust-protective layer from
where the tow bar touches underneath the vehicle.
2. After removing the rust-protective layer, the dents will appear that cor-
respond to points A on the tow bar. Drill 15mm holes through the boot
floor. Attach supports B and C to the left and right sides of the chassis.
Attach these supports at points D as shown in the sketch using four
M10x30 bolts, bodywork washers ( 25x10.5x4), flat washers and nuts to
finger tightness. Put the tow bar in position and attach it finger tight at
points A using four M12x40 (10.9) bolts with spring washers and nuts
(10).
3. The ball post is then fitted to the tow bar using two bolts M12x70/26.2
including flat washers and self-locking nuts. Position the ball hitch in the
middle and tighten all nuts and bolts to the torques listed in the table.
