Disposal of the appliance

To dispose of the appliance in an environmentally friendly manner you must remove
the battery from the appliance.
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Disconnect the appliance from the mains power supply when you remove the battery!
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
Remove the battery from the appliance only if you want to scrap/dispose of the
appliance! The appliance is permanently defective after you have removed the
battery!
1) Remove any fitted attachment ( ,
2) Lift the two internal restraints with a small screwdriver or similar to the top and press
them outwards, so that the side elements of the appliance can be released.
3) Loosen the two now visible screws. You can then take the housing apart.
4) Snip the red and black cables that connect the circuit board with the blue jacketed
battery. You can now remove the battery from the appliance.
Dispose of the battery in an environmentally friendly manner.

waste disposal facility if you are in any doubt.
Never dispose of the appliance in the normal domestic
waste. This product is subject to the provisions of European
Directive 2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance via an approved waste disposal company or your
