IMPORTANT

Take the utmost care when you use electrical appliances. In particular:
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
• Check that the mains voltage is that of the appliance specified on the charging unit label.
• Never leave the appliance within the reach of children or impaired persons.
• Keep the appliance away from heat sources
• Do not expose the oven to atmospheric agents (rain, sunlight, etc.).
• Keep the electric cable away from hot surfaces
• NEVER LET THE MOTOR BODY COME INTO CONTACT WITH WATER OR OTHER LIQ-
UIDS.
• NEVER TOUCH MOVING PARTS.
• Do not start the appliance up when empty
• Do not grind excessively hard food (that is ice-cubes)
• Do not use the appliance if the plug or the electric cable are damaged or if the appliance does not
work properly. Contact an Authorized Service Center.
• Do not use any extension or patch cord without Ariete authorization: risk of accidents.
• To prevent the risk of electric shock, if the power supply or the power cord need to be replaced or
serviced, have the operation performed by an Authorized Ariete Service Centre, or in any case by a
qualified electrician.
• The appliance is for domestic use only
• The appliance has been designed as required per 89/336 ECC directive electromagnetic compatibil-
ity.
• The package components are a potential source of danger. Keep them out of the reach of children.
• The appliance runs on with rechargable batteries. When you change the appliance, carry it to an
Authorized Service Center so that they can throw the batteries away in appropriate containers as
prescribed by the law on environmental safeguards. Never throw the batteries into the fire.
• If the appliance is to be scrapped, be sure to make it unusable by cutting off the power cord. Also take
care to make safe all oven parts that could constitute a hazard, especially to children who might use
the appliance as a toy.
